PBT is also known as polybutylene terephthalate fiber. The fiber is a linear polymer of high purity terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and 1, 4-butanediol after esterification, and is produced by melt spinning, belonging to a kind of polyester fiber.

1, With excellent elastic elongation recovery rate, elasticity is better than ordinary polyester.

2, Soft feel, with good moisture absorption, wear resistance and crimp.

3, With good dyeing performance, ordinary disperse dyes can be used for atmospheric pressure boiling dyeing, without the carrier. The dyed fiber has bright color, good color fastness and chlorine resistance.

4, With excellent chemical resistance, light resistance and heat resistance.

 

 

 

Suitable for bathing suits, pantyhose, bodybuilding clothing, elastic jeans, ski pants, medical bandages and other high elastic textiles, can also be used for core-wrapped yarn to make elastic denim or wool-like fabrics, tufted carpet produced with PBT fiber, feel like wool carpet.
